Everything You Need to Know

Relocating to Dallas?

Are you considering a relocation to the Dallas Metro area?

We have many beautiful cities with wonderful neighborhoods, communities and schools. I will spend the time and ask the questions to learn about you and your family and what you are looking for in a home and a community. Then, I will provide you and your family with my personalized insights to help you meet your goals in relocating. As a Realtor, I feel one of my greatest accomplishments is the repeat business I have because I work hard to understand what matters most to my clients, whether you are relocating nationally or internationally.

Here are some of the things you can expect from me:

Dallas Area Site Tour

A well planned area tour is instrumental in addressing any concerns about moving to a new location. An informative and enjoyable overview tour of the Dallas metro area leaves people excited about what the area has to offer.

My area tours include: highlights of the benefits of living in a new community, shopping, schools, things to do and see, transportation, recreational areas, and well known highlights of the city. Tours are customized for each person through an assessment that allows us to create a tour suited for your needs. At the start of the tour, each person is given a packet of information that includes community information, area maps, brochures, restaurant guides, and additional items specific to your interests.

Comprehensive School Search

Our comprehensive school search ensures that relocating families understand the schooling options available in their new location. Families can identify the most appropriate schools, using a thorough analysis of parent’s preferences and the needs of each child. We advise on the international system of both private and public schools, keeping in mind the most suitable options available to assist with registration documents and arranging a meeting with the school administrators.

Resources for International Buyers

Real Estate truly is a “global marketplace.” Texas is one of the top 5 investment destinations for international buyers. Tax policies, credit checks, and financing will all be slightly different for foreign buyers.
